Welcome to Active Counter Measure. By enrolling in our courses, you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms and Conditions:
1. Non-Refundable Policy
All course enrollments are final and non-refundable. Upon completing the enrollment process and payment, participants secure a place in the selected course, which is non-transferable and non-refundable except as noted in these terms.
2. Attendance Rescheduling
If you are unable to attend the enrolled course due to unforeseen circumstances, ACM will transfer your enrollment to the next available course date. No additional fees will apply for this transfer. Please inform us at least 48 hours before the course date if a rescheduling is needed.
3. Course Conduct and Expectations
Participants are required to:
- Arrive on time and be fully prepared for the session.
- Follow all instructions and guidelines provided by instructors or course facilitators.
- Respect the rights of other participants to ensure a positive learning environment.
4. Liability Waiver
ACM is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property incurred during or as a result of course participation. Participants attend at their own risk.
5. Changes to Course Content or Schedule
ACMOps reserves the right to modify course content, schedules, or instructors if necessary. Participants will be informed in advance if any significant changes are made.
6. Privacy and Data Protection
We are committed to protecting your privacy and personal data. Information collected during enrollment is used solely for course administration purposes and will not be shared without your consent.
